Job Description Position Overview We are hiring for the position of Project Director for multiple upcoming projects across Pan India. This role involves leading and overseeing large-scale aviation terminal building projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning, design, and execution of terminal building projects. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders. Ensure alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and project goals. Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives in terminal building design and construction. Collaborate with airport authorities, airlines, and regulatory bodies. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and regular updates. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and financial efficiency. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 15 years of experience in managing large-scale aviation infrastructure projects. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project). Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Experience in managing projects in live airport environments.
