We’re seeking a Project Director to guide our talented team and projects from concept to completion. Ideal candidates are experienced architects, construction designers, or senior project managers ready to take on a more strategic leadership role.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a strategic, solution-oriented leader with strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage both people and projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years in residential remodeling, construction, or architectural project management
  • Strong understanding of high-end home remodeling project scopes, timelines, and pricing
  • Experienced architect, designer, or senior PM looking for greater leadership responsibilities
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project management software preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits within the greater Annapolis, MD, area

Responsibilities

In this executive-level role, you’ll oversee projects from design through completion, collaborating with leadership and ensuring smooth operations across teams. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead & Collaborate – Partner with the COO, project managers, and specialists to manage the entire construction process.
  • Oversee Operations – Provide direction on project planning, budgets, timelines, and execution.
  • Problem-Solve at Scale – Troubleshoot challenges quickly while keeping projects on track.
