Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Digital Wealth Platform, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including various workstreams, vendors, and internal IT resources. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones. Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress, address challenges, and manage expectations. Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing contingency plans as necessary. Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project management. Foster a collaborative environment among project team members and stakeholders to drive project success. Maintain thorough documentation of project progress, decisions, and changes. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including performance reviews and mentorship. Monitor and report on the project’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and overall success metrics.
