PROJECT DIRCTOR (CONSTRUCTION)

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale construction projects from inception to completion. The Project Director will be responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, quality, safety, and timeline. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple project sites.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of experience in construction project management, with at least 5 years in a director-level role .
• Proven track record of leading large-scale commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects .
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, regulations, and contract law.
• Demonstrated ability to work with Singapore statutory boards and government agencies to secure project approvals and ensure compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different geographies.
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE, MRICS) will be an added advantage.
