Project Director – Hospitality & Mixed-Use Developments
We are currently seeking a highly accomplished Project Director to oversee the successful delivery of complex, large-scale developments, with a primary focus on hospitality and mixed-use projects. The selected candidate will provide strategic direction, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure alignment between client objectives, design excellence, and construction execution.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Professional Degree in Architecture; additional qualifications in Project Management will be advantageous.
  • Minimum 20 years’ professional experience, with at least 15 years in senior leadership/project director roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-value hospitality, mixed-use, and large-scale developments across design and construction stages.
  • Strong capability in design management, construction oversight, and commercial negotiations.
  • Demonstrated competence in resource planning, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Provide overall leadership for project planning, design management, procurement, construction, and handover.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Establish and maintain governance structures, risk registers, and reporting frameworks in line with best practice.
  • Lead coordination between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and operators.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, contractual obligations, and quality benchmarks.
  • Act as primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and clients, providing progress reporting and strategic guidance.
