Working within the civil engineering sector, the company supports major development programs with a focus on disciplined delivery, long-term impact, and high standards of execution. We are inviting expressions of interest for the position of a Project Director. As Project Director - (EOI), you will play a leading role in shaping and delivering major capital initiatives, guiding complex programs from a strategic and operational perspective. This role is centered on leadership, coordination, and oversight across multiple stakeholders, ensuring that ambitious development objectives are translated into well-governed, high-performing project outcomes. Responsibilities Lead large-scale program delivery across scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets. Oversee multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with senior client stakeholders. Drive governance, risk management, and reporting across complex capital projects. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, local regulations, and company standards. Support strategic planning and resource allocation for major development initiatives. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. 20+ years of experience leading complex infrastructure or capital programs, including delivery of large projects within Saudi Arabia or the GCC region. Experience delivering cultural buildings or large public venue development projects. Expertise in program governance, risk controls, and performance reporting. Experience spanning design management, project management, and construction supervision. Strong experience managing stakeholders across clients, consultants, and executive leadership. Currently based in Saudi Arabia. An advanced degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.

Responsibilities
