In this role, you will: Lead the delivery team to meet ambitious timelines and project milestones. Engage stakeholders across the business, including major project interfaces. Present confidently to the Executive Leadership Team and Business Unit leaders. Oversee design management and guide early procurement processes. Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. Qualifications To excel in this role, you will bring: Proven experience in leading delivery teams on complex projects. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to influence and present at executive level. Expertise in design management and procurement strategies. Terminals or large-scale infrastructure experience (highly desirable). Strategic thinking with a focus on achieving outcomes under pressure.
