You have a talent for organization, are interested in planning, are flexible and communicative and always have your eye on the goal. You know and understand the different approaches of creatives, strategists and content experts as well as project managers, production teams, logisticians or process directors and can easily make your contribution.

REQUIREMENTS.

Entry age between 35 and 40 years
Professional experience of between 10 and 15 years
University degree or comparable high level of practical experience

Your role as a project manager literally comprises exactly that and only that. Our highly qualified internal and external team will take care of all technical tasks in the projects you manage.

• Sometimes as a mentor, sometimes as a leader - you use structured supervision to manage and support your project or pitch team, hold structured meetings and delegate task packages for the project members.
• You keep an eye on the strengths of your team members, stand behind your team and always have an open ear for everyone involved. You have a lot of intuition and problem-solving skills and act as a role model for your team.
• You are familiar with the latest working methods and think and act in a participatory manner. You work together with your team and your clients to solve constantly changing project and skill requirements.
• You are familiar with event law and contract law issues and act in accordance with the applicable procedures, processes and framework conditions
• You are responsible for all the controlling threads: You are responsible for the conception, planning, coordination and implementation of large and complex corporate events - preferably live, hybrid or virtual.
• As the first point of contact, you actively ensure a constant and cordial exchange with your customers, take care of their concerns in a binding manner and proactively maintain these customer relationships. You will also be in constant communication with our Client Relations Team Members and the management.
• You lead our customers with foresight, identify potential and optimization options, and provide suggestions and clarity. Even in critical situations, you resolve potential conflicts internally and externally in a decision-oriented and sustainable manner.
• You are convincing in concept/implementation presentations. You prepare meetings of all kinds, budget rounds and presentations and conduct them on site or virtually.
• You are responsible for adhering to the budget and targets of your projects with the aim of making a significant contribution to the profitability of our company. Financial planning, reporting, forecasting, cost/performance accounting and accounting are not just a “necessary evil” for you, but a central part of your work.
