JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field, recognized by PE Board.
• Min 10 to 15 years of related working experience in building and infrastructure projects, preferably with an established construction firm managing sizeable projects exceeding $80m
• Extensive experience in a senior project management role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to represent and make timely decisions.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated experience in risk management, financial management, and change control.
• Strong understanding of contractual, regulatory, and company requirements.Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
