Job Description We are seeking to fulfill the role of a Project Director, with extensive project management experience to support our client on the delivery of an exciting Offshore project. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the development and delivery of complex multi Offshore projects & Packages. Accountable for defining, developing, interfacing, and delivering complex multi-package projects safely, while managing time, budget, quality, and key performance indicators to ensure successful completion. Oversee FEED detailed design, and ensuring technical compliance. Liaise with the engineering, construction and procurement teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and technical requirements. Foster, sustain, and oversee strong relationships with internal key stakeholders and external partners. Participate actively in the Health and Safety and Quality initiatives. Identity and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes. Assess and identity opportunities for improvement and make suggestions. Adopt a proactive approach to risk management and strategies. Collaborate as part of the Project Leadership team to enhance the project delivery strategy. Conduct regular project reviews and progress meetings with stakeholders to monitor performance and address any issues. Ownership for package governance, programme, risk, budget and resource requirements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or qualification in Engineering /Project Management or equivalent. Chartered in a relevant profession/discipline. 15+ years of demonstrated experience in project management within the Offshore Energy environment managing large scale projects. Strong communication, negotiation and conflict management skills at management and operational levels. Commercial awareness with strong vendor management and compliance skills. Experience working with EPC Contracts; FIDIC, NEC etc. Willingness to travel when required within Ireland.
