REQUIREMENTS

• College Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HVAC/Controls field coupled with experience in human resources management
• Good knowledge of current office software (Word, Excel, Teams, Sales Force, etc.)
• Bilingual

• Plan, organize, and control operational activities for the Project Group for all locations
• Ensure proper Human Resources management for employees under their responsibility
• Optimize the efficiency of work methods and ensure that deadlines are met
• Ensure the profitability of projects and adequate risk management
• Promote teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
• Lead various meetings with the Project Team
• Support the Sales Group in communication strategies with their customers
• Act as a liaison with External Sales Representatives for complex technical projects
• Ensure compliance with the quality standards for which ProKontrol is renowned
• Stay up to date with knowledge pertaining to new products and technologies
• Attend training sessions given by suppliers and participate in industry meetings, seminars and trade shows
