We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead a client service team in the field of quantitative research. In this role, you will mentor and coach team members, oversee complex research projects, and ensure high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with senior management to enhance processes, optimize internal systems, and drive operational efficiency. This position offers an opportunity to work on international healthcare research projects, influence client satisfaction, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic, data-driven environment. Accountabilities: · Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration. · Manage project escalations, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction while partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve issues. · Oversee productivity and quality of data collection across all projects. · Supervise billing processes and ensure projects meet expected profitability. · Support the development and implementation of best practices, policies, and client service improvement plans. · Collaborate with sales and other departments to maintain a consistent, solution-oriented client experience. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. · 5+ years of experience in quantitative market research, with a preference for healthcare-focused projects. · 3+ years of project management experience, including complex or international research projects. · Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). · Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment while meeting deadlines under pressure. · 25 days of annual leave. · Participation in an annual bonus scheme. · Pension contributions: 4% employee / 4% employer of qualifying earnings. · Access to a medical cash plan, including subsidized gym membership and staff discounts. · Cycle-to-work scheme. · Flexible work arrangements, including remote options.
