Responsibilities

As a Project Document Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Controlling project documentation utilising EDMS
  • Managing and controlling the Project Document Registers
  • Interfacing (both remotely and face to face with Managers, Engineers, Suppliers and Customers
  • Reviewing and commenting on customer administrative/document control requirements for new projects
  • Formatting a variety of different Engineering documentation utilising Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reporting internally on documentation status
  • Updating Oracle Sales Orders as directed by Project Management
  • Providing general administrative support to the project tea

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have Bachelor’s degree an accredited college or university or equivalent experience of a working environment
  • Have proven experience in an administration role
  • Have sound oral and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to plan and control workload in a fast moving environment
  • Be able to work collaboratively in the wider BH organisation
  • Be a successful team playe
