Core Responsibilities

• Create 3D models using Autodesk Revit/Bentley OBD /ArchiCAD
• Ensure models and shop drawings produced to comply with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
• Work in accordance with checking procedures in delivering high-quality models, and drawings
• Able to understand, create, and amend drawings/ models in BIM software independently
• Able to generate required information from the BIM software
• Able to identify drafting errors and highlight them to the project team immediately
• Work closely with Project Manager & project teams to ensure drawings/models are as per site requirements

Job Specifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying/Building or equivalent from a recognized University.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings for all disciplines
• Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
