Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your environmental, health, and safety (EHS) expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and environmental compliance of our projects. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., project personnel, contractors, and sub-contractors), assist in risk assessments, and contribute to the development of EHS management systems, and much more.   We’ll look to you for: Cooperating with internal resources to achieve EHS objectives. Assisting in performing EHS risk assessments and defining measures to control risks. Supporting the development and maintenance of project-specific EHS management systems. Providing advice to project personnel to prevent injuries, environmental pollution, and equipment damage. Conducting EHS legal compliance checks for specific requirements. Participating in the implementation of EHS training programs and delivering inductions. Supporting the reporting, investigation, and analysis of accidents/incidents to implement corrective and preventive actions. Carrying out inspections, audits, and reporting discrepancies. Instead, we’ve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: Degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Experience or understanding of EHS management systems and risk assessment processes. Knowledge of local EHS regulations and standards. Familiarity with implementing emergency plans and conducting audits. Mandatory certification in EHS Certification, Occupational safety and health management personnel certification or The Class B Skill Category of Labor Safety & Health Management. Good communication skills in Mandarin & English. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
