Your main responsibilities:

• Their main tasks include the planning and support of projects in the field of organic vegetable and fruit cultivation, as well as the development of concepts for organic farming methods.
• In addition, they develop event concepts and organize events for entrepreneurs in all areas of horticulture who are interested in converting their business to organic farming methods.
• Together with colleagues from the Competence Centre for Organic Horticulture, you will support research and knowledge transfer on organic production in various horticultural areas and work together with the network advisory service.

Your profile:

• You have a completed degree (Dipl.-Ing. FH or B. Sc.) in a natural or agricultural science discipline, preferably with knowledge of horticulture and organic vegetable farming.
• Furthermore, you possess the ability to work conceptually, comprehensively and interdisciplinarily, and to actively shape networks.
• They have experience in moderating groups and possess a convincing demeanor.
• They have a strong affinity for contemporary communication policies.
• You combine an independent, self-reliant and goal-oriented work style with good communication skills in both spoken and written form.
• You are proficient in using MS Office programs.
