Role Objective:

  • To manage the site execution of the project such that it is completed within the time, cost, productivity and quality requirements of the contract while adhering to the company’s quality and safety practices project as per directions of Project Manager and Electrical Manager.
  • To assign and distribute efficiently the available resources, materials, subcontractors and equipment on the project.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering and technical aspects of construction projects
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Assist & Review project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Monitor project progress and report to project stakeholders
  • Manage & Optimize resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure standards are met
  • Review & advise on engineering issues to implement corrective actions
  • Prepare project documentation and reports
  • Provides support, site experience and mentoring to fresh Engineers and Foremen

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and skills requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience preferably within the construction industry
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) or LEED accreditation is a plus
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects
  • Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
