JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. To study the drawings, BOQ of the project.
2. To inspect the sites condition and compare it with the received drawings.
3. To prepare detailed work schedule to meet the agreed completion date.
4. Site activities supervision and control.
5. Conduct site surveys and develop plans for landscape and swimming pool projects.
6. To attend all meetings with client and consultants.
7. Monitoring both related cost and time of the project.
8. Reporting to the management on a regular base, about work progress.
9. To follow up with all required permissions and certificates from local authorities.
10. To prepare progress payments on time as per the agreement.
11. To keep all materials, tools and any other related items in a secured and safe place.
12. Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting landscape and pool plans.
13. Understanding grading, excavation, drainage, and pool installation.
14. Selecting appropriate materials and plants for projects.
15. Analytical skills to resolve construction challenges efficiently.
16. Implementing sustainable practices in landscaping and pool design.

SKILLS:

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Landscape and Swimming Pool Company in the UAE or the Gulf region. Should have a Engineering degree. A valid UAE Driving License is a must, excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding communication in both written and English is a must.
