JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Engineer to join our UAE-based team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in acoustic or interior fit-out projects, along with a valid UAE driving license. A strong, confident personality combined with excellent communication skills is essential for coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful and timely project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or a related discipline).
• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience, preferably in acoustic solutions or interior fit-out.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and acoustic engineering principles.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Professional demeanor with a confident and proactive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Plan, manage, and execute acoustic and interior fit-out projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments for seamless execution.
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Create and manage detailed project timelines, monitor milestones, and ensure projects are delivered within budget.
• Identify and resolve technical issues by recommending efficient engineering solutions.
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including daily reports, site logs, and correspondence.
• Provide clear and timely project status updates to senior management and other key stakeholders.
