JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to oversee and execute integrated security and surveillance projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth project delivery, meeting technical specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or site supervision, preferably in security systems or M&E projects.
Strong technical knowledge of low voltage (ELV) systems is an advantage.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and project specifications.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Willing to travel to project sites and work flexible hours when needed.
Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is a plus.
Class 3 driving license preferred (optional, depending on company policy).

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage project implementation activities related to security systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, Fire Alarm, and IoT-based solutions).
Interpret project specifications and technical drawings; ensure alignment with design and client requirements.
Supervise on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of systems.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure project milestones are met.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Monitor project progress, budget, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after project handover.
Prepare documentation including progress reports, test reports, and as-built drawings.
Participate in project handover and client training sessions.
