PROJECT ENGINEER:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 7–10 years of experience in a contracting company in UAE.
Oversees and manages various aspects of construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. They act as a bridge between the design and execution phases, coordinating teams and resources to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

Developing detailed project schedules and budgets, coordinating with stakeholders (architects, contractors, etc.), and managing resources to ensure smooth project progression.

• Communication and Coordination:

Facilitating communication between all parties involved in the project, ensuring alignment on project goals and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.

• Technical Expertise:

Providing technical support and guidance to the project team, resolving technical problems, and ensuring that the project is executed according to specifications.

• Budget and Schedule Management:

Monitoring project progress, identifying potential cost or schedule overruns, and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.

• Documentation:

Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports, and maintaining accurate project records.
