POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects within the UAE, with strong site management skills and a thorough understanding of local regulations and standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5–7 years of experience in roads and infrastructure projects in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
• Male candidates only (due to accommodation/site logistics).
• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project planning tools.

• Plan, execute, and oversee infrastructure and roadworks on-site.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications, project timelines, and safety standards.
• Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Monitor work progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Resolve technical issues and support in managing resources effectively.
• Ensure quality control and timely execution of work as per approved designs and BOQs.
