The Project Engineer plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-end luxury real estate development and contracting projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for technical oversight, site coordination, quality control, and compliance while ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Engineer, ideally in luxury real estate or contracting projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of engineering designs, specifications, and construction methods.
• Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and software.
• Solid understanding of local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in project engineering.
