REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Experience: Proven experience in façade engineering, covering design, analysis, and execution of façade systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, BIM, and relevant engineering tools.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of façade systems, local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Qatar.
• Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risks effectively.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Additional: Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certification programs is a plus.
• Mobility: Flexibility to travel for site visits and project meetings as required.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Euro Systems is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer specializing in façade systems to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing façade projects, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client requirements, timelines, and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project objectives and technical requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to recommend suitable façade systems.
• Prepare detailed design proposals, including schematic drawings, specifications, and material selections.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution from concept through completion.
• Oversee preparation of construction documents, such as shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation instructions.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams during execution.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors, addressing queries and providing solutions.
• Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
