Roles & Responsibilities: * Manage engineering and technical aspects of construction projects * Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with design specifications * Assist & Review project plans, schedules, and budgets * Monitor project progress and report to project stakeholders * Manage & Optimize resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower * Conduct quality control inspections and ensure standards are met * Review & advise on engineering issues to implement corrective actions * Prepare project documentation and reports * Provides support, site experience and mentoring to fresh Engineers and Foremen Qualifications and skills requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) * Minimum 4 years of experience preferably within the construction industry * Certification in Project Management (PMP) or LEED accreditation is a plus * Proven experience in managing complex projects * Ability to lead and manage a multidisciplinary team * Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills What makes a true AMANAian? * We know that our company growth and success come from our people who continuously drive our company, partners and clients forward.
