Min. 3-5 years or prior experience, Degree in Civil Eng/Construction Management/ Construction Technology or Business preferred. Assist PM roles on new $21M Design Build project awarded this Spring. Project end date is 11/2025 with growth opportunities to advance to a PM in this area or others within the company.
Strong project admin skills necessary to complete submittals, schedule updates, change order estimates, purchase order/subcontracts payables and new orders, owner/vendor correspondence and reporting
