What you will do: In this role you will be responsible for providing engineering and installation solutions within our project delivery organisation. You will ensure the production, testing and documentation control for our systems are compliant with customer specifications and QA standards. This position will also be responsible for delivery and management of engineering tasks for large construction, smaller fit-out and expansion projects. 1. Project Planning & Design Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to understand HVAC requirements. Prepare HVAC system designs using AutoCAD or BIM tools. Select appropriate HVAC equipment based on load calculations and building specifications. Ensure compliance with local codes, standards (e.g., ASHRAE, ISHRAE), and energy efficiency guidelines. 2. Project Execution & Site Supervision Monitor installation of HVAC systems (ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, VRF systems, etc.). Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and plumbing teams for smooth integration. 3. Testing, Commissioning & Handover Supervise testing and commissioning of HVAC systems. Ensure systems meet performance standards and client expectations. Prepare documentation for handover including O&M manuals and test reports. 4. Quality & Safety Compliance Implement quality control procedures. Ensure adherence to safety protocols on site. Conduct toolbox talks and safety audits. 5. Client & Stakeholder Communication Provide regular updates to clients and project managers. Attend project meetings and present progress reports. Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documentation including drawings, schedules, and logs. Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
