The role involves project execution, coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of HVAC installation activities at client sites. Key Responsibilities Project Execution & Coordination Execute HVAC project activities as per approved drawings and technical specifications. Supervise site installation of Chillers, AHUs, VRF/VRV systems, pumps, pipelines, ducts, valves, etc. Plan day‑to‑day work and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure compliance with safety standards and installation guidelines. Testing & Commissioning Perform testing and commissioning of complete HVAC systems. Conduct performance checks, system balancing, and ensure equipment operates as per design. Troubleshoot system issues during commissioning. Quality & Documentation Maintain installation quality as per standards and client requirements. Prepare daily reports, commissioning reports, material consumption details, and project documentation. Verify and certify contractor work bills. Client & Vendor Interaction Coordinate with clients during installation phases. Attend site meetings and provide technical updates. Liaise with vendors for timely supply and installation support. Required Skills & Experience 3–7 years of experience in HVAC project execution. Strong experience in installation, testing & commissioning of: Chillers (Air‑cooled/Water‑cooled) AHUs/FCUs VRF/VRV systems Knowledge of HVAC equipment, controls, piping, ducting & site execution practices. Ability to read HVAC drawings (layout, P&ID, sections). Good communication and site management skills. Must be able to manage contractors and ensure timely project delivery.
