In this role, you will be responsible for managing bridge engineering projects from conception through completion, ensuring all work meets structural integrity standards, regulatory requirements, and project timelines. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions while maintaining meticulous attention to technical specifications and safety protocols. Design, analyze, and oversee the construction of bridge structures using advanced engineering principles and industry-standard software Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation for bridge projects Conduct structural analysis and modeling to ensure designs meet safety codes and performance requirements Coordinate with contractors, architects, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are achieved on schedule and within budget Perform site inspections and quality assurance checks during all phases of bridge construction Analyze project data and prepare comprehensive technical reports for management and regulatory compliance Manage project timelines, resources, and documentation to ensure efficient project delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve engineering challenges Ensure all work complies with UAE construction standards, building codes, and environmental regulations Maintain organized project files and maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in bridge engineering, structural design, or bridge construction projects Proven expertise in bridge design and structural analysis methodologies Strong proficiency with CAD software and bridge analysis tools (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent) Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, load calculations, and material properties Experience with project management and construction site coordination Knowledge of UAE building codes, construction standards, and regulatory requirements Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in team environments Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: zz-DoNotUse-Quality and Performance Management Profession: zz-DoNotUse-Infrastructure Maintenance
