Responsibilities

HERE’S WHAT YOU’D DO:

The Project Engineer supports our project management team on large-scale commercial landscape construction projects. The Project Engineer works closely with and supports the Projects Manager.

YOU’D BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Work with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule and with a high standard of quality
  • Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates
  • Review take-offs with estimating team
  • Manage document control including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation and contract administration
  • Prepare reports and information as requested
  • Coordinate between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis
  • Work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors and employees; ensure exceptional customer service and quality at all times
