BW Water is searching for a temporary Project Engineer, based in Mahasawat, to join our exciting Water Treatment Plant project in Nonthaburi. In this role, you will be pivotal in managing project milestones, optimizing cost and budgeting, and enhancing collaboration among clients, vendors, and internal teams. If you're a proactive professional eager to drive success, we'd love to hear from you! * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) is preferred. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in EPC project management, including site installation and commissioning, is essential. * At least 3 years of experience in the Water Treatment industry is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude * Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines * Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative * Detail-oriented and meticulous in work approach * Cooperative team player with collaborative spirit * Strong communication skills are essential, with proficiency in English and fluency in Thai required. * Support the assigned Project Manager in leading all major activities of the assigned project, including cost and budget management, client/vendor/inter-departmental communication, timely execution, contracts and commercial management (claims and cash flow), design and engineering coordination, QA/QC, installation, commissioning, and project handover. * Drive adherence to the Group’s workflow processes and ensure alignment with the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). * Take ownership of developing, monitoring, and updating the project schedule in accordance with QMS procedures and client/project requirements. * Collaborate proactively with the supply chain department to secure competitive pricing, oversee QA/QC standards, and guarantee on-time procurement and delivery of materials and services. * Coordinate logistics, ensuring shipping documentation, certificates, and packaging meet project specifications and standards for inventory and segregation. * Enforce compliance with EHS and quality standards throughout project execution, actively managing risks and issues. * Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of engineering documents in accordance with MDL and project specifications. * Where needed - engage with regulatory agencies and authorities to secure necessary permits, approvals, and certifications, ensuring smooth project progression. * Collaborate with the asssigned Construction Manager in the coordination of site installation, testing, and commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and management directives. * Facilitate clear communication with the client to ensure understanding and acceptance of site construction methods and work plans. * Coordinate across disciplines—engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and testing—to ensure seamless project execution following QMS guidelines. * Take an active role in supporting sales and business development efforts, contributing to project proposals and client engagements as needed.
