The role involves site execution, vendor coordination, quality assurance, and ensuring timely completion as per project specifications. Key Responsibilities Execute CFS systems (Fire Alarm, Detection & Suppression systems) for Data Centre projects Site supervision, installation monitoring, testing & commissioning activities Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams Ensure compliance with NFPA/local fire norms and project specifications Manage BOQ execution, material inspection, and site documentation Monitor project progress, quality, and safety at site Support handover, snag closure, and as-built documentation Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of Fire Alarm, Suppression (VESDA, FM200/Novec), Hydrant & Sprinkler systems Knowledge of Data Centre standards and critical environments Familiar with NFPA codes and local fire regulations Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills Qualification & Experience Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical / Electrical / Fire Engineering 4–8 years of experience in CFS projects (Data Centre experience preferred) Willingness to work on contractual payroll and project-based locations Contract Details Payroll: Contractual / Third-party Contract renewal: Based on project requirement & performance Johnson Controls: Enhancing the Intelligence of Buildings Your buildings have a purpose.
