Job Description Coordinate multi-disciplinary inputs (civil/site, geotechnical, coastal/hydraulics, environmental, utilities) to ensure timely resolution of design issues and cross-discipline alignment. Assist in preparation of technical specifications, technical notes, drawings, project reports and presentation slides etc. Support internal and external review processes to uphold delivery quality. Maintain and update meeting minutes, design schedules, action logs, risk registers, drawing lists and decision trackers. Ensure that project records are accurate, current and accessible to project team. Facilitate communications and engagement with clients, regulatory authorities and external stakeholders. Support in preparation of briefing materials and follow up correspondence. Manage day-to-day project logistics including scheduling, meeting arrangements, coordinating travel or site visit arrangements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Coastal, Geotechnical, or Environmental Engineering (or related field). Min 3 years’ experience in project delivery or design coordination role (infrastructure, civil or marine works prefered) Proven coordination experience across multi-disciplinary design teams and external stakeholders. Strong organization skills Confident communicator – comfortable engaging with clients, consultants and authorities.
