Work Experience in Construction Company is Advantage/Finishing Stage
Bachelor’s Degree
Responsibilities:
1. Overall, in charge for implementation of all works required in the construction of the project from mobilization to handling over.
2. Plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with the site.
3. Prepare daily program to assure of achieving the target program of the project.
4. Attend regular meeting with the client, consultant, and subcontractors.
5. Coordinate with the consultant to discuss and provide solutions needed for the completion of the project.
6. Coordinate with head of departments for arranging materials and subcontracts to complete construction projects.
7. Preparing of variation claims and obtaining consultant / client approval.
8. Coordinate with all required government authorities for all required approvals and permits.
9. Follow up planning engineer for program for work and updates.
10. Assure of implementation of the QA/QC & HSE Plan.
11. Follow up with consultant and client for approvals of materials, subcontractors and shop drawings.
12. Follow up with purchase department for material ordering and delivery
13. Follow up with contract department for subcontractor agreements and approval.
14. Prepare and draft correspondences.
15. Review and submit of monthly progress payment
16. Review and approve all monthly payment for subcontractors.
17. Review and approve all document required for time extension for the project if required.
18. Follow up with site team for manpower daily allocation and productivity.
19. Any task as per the company & job requirement.
