JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Engineer with experience in Civil or Fit out works to join our dynamic team. As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction or fit out projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the field, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in civil or fit out projects.
• Proven experience in project coordination and site management.
• Strong understanding of construction/fit out processes, materials, and techniques.
• Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications.

  Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per mont

• Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project.
• Supervise and manage site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction or fit out phases.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status.
• Assist in managing project budgets and cost control.
