Description

ABOUT US

Modular construction and prefabrication are poised to revolutionize the construction industry over the next decade. Connect Construction and its affiliate Connect Housing Blocks are at the forefront of that revolution. That capacity combined with Connect Real Estate’s creative and sustainable approach to urban development and you have an incredible pipeline of work within the overall organization and even greater potential for third party clients in the future.
Connect is transitioning from a rich history of diverse and challenging project types to a more production driven model driven by the modular and prefabrication processes. These processes are unquestionably the future of the industry.
Imagine a project lifecycle that includes off site production of units while the site is prepared and then hoisting high quality, fully completed, metal framed modules up to 11 stories tall in a matter of weeks vs months spent on conventional construction. The supply chain, the labor force, the weather are all mitigated to the greatest extent possible in this model and the outcome is a better process, a better product and a better price for all involved.
