Responsibilities

At CSR, we’re building solutions for a better future. With a rich history in manufacturing and innovation, we’re driving change across Australia and New Zealand through sustainable building products and systems.
We’re growing our Interior Systems Engineering team and have created a new Project Engineer role to support capital projects, operational upgrades, and sustainability initiatives across a range of manufacturing facilities across Australia.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager COE, you’ll play a key role in delivering step-change improvements across our sites by:

  • Managing and executing capital projects safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Driving project management governance, contractor management, and compliance with WHSE standards.
  • Partnering with site-based engineers and contractors to ensure efficient implementation, commissioning, and handover.
  • Supporting efficiency and sustainability projects such as process heat recovery, energy reduction, production line upgrades and optimising that support World Class Manufacturing initiatives.
  • Providing leadership and expertise in project management methodologies, change management, and capital program execution to continuously improve our capability to deliver the capital program.

This is a hands-on, national role where you’ll be instrumental in delivering projects that directly impact safety, sustainability, and performance.
