ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our high-performing team at our Wetherill Park site. This is a hands-on role delivering capital improvement projects across the plant while supporting maintenance planning and site engineering initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Own capital projects end-to-end - from scope, design, procurement to commissioning and handover.
• Lead plant upgrades that improve safety, efficiency, and operational reliability.
• Collaborate closely with production, maintenance, and external contractors to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide coverage for maintenance planning and supervision as needed-this role offers breadth and variety.
• Champion engineering compliance to ISO 45001 and AS/NZS 4024 standards.
• Contribute to preventative and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
