POSITION OVERVIEW

The Project Engineer II will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of engineering projects, ensuring that all aspects of the project are effectively managed from conception through completion. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles as well as effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in project engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering design principles.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and risk management is a plus.

• Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop project specifications and requirements.
• Utilize CAD software to create and modify engineering drawings as needed.
• Monitor project budgets and assist in cost estimation and control measures.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with construction teams to address any technical issues that arise on-site.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to project specifications and progress reports.
• Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues.
