Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or similar
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Knowledge of project management tools, preferably Microsoft Project (MSP)
Fluent English and good German language skills
Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 10%)
Responsibilities
Improve existing manufacturing processes within Adhesive Technologies to deliver on KPI´s like efficiency improvement, sustainability or safety
Drive investment projects
Share the knowledge between sites with same/similar technology within Europe
Participate in global process technology networks
Design and evaluate process optimizations for investments projects
Take responsibility for technology conclusions within major investment to support the local team in scoping size, type and automation within technology
