Responsible for the construction of software and hardware for test bench systems in the new energy field; 负责新能源领域测试台架系统软硬件搭建 2. Responsible for the review, tracking and completion of test projects; 负责测试项目评审、跟踪、完成 3. Develop project management plan and ensure the effective completion of the work plan; 制定项目管理计划并确保工作计划的有效完成 4. Review of test reports; 测试报告的审核 5. Maintain project communication and feedback with customers; 与客户保持项目沟通交流反馈； 6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor; 主管分配的其他事项； Qualifications 任职资格 1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Vehicle Engineering, or related science and engineering disciplines.本科及以上学历，电子、电气工程、自动化、车辆工程或相关理工科专业 2. Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with the ability to read English technical documents and communicate effectively in English on technical matters.英语听说读写能力良好，能熟练阅读英文技术文档及进行英文技术沟通 3. Strong ability to work under pressure, with the capacity to meet project deadlines and accommodate occasional overtime.具备较强的抗压能力，能适应项目节点要求及偶尔加班 4. Work rigorously and meticulously with a strong sense of responsibility, as well as good logical thinking and problem-solving skills.工作严谨细致，责任心强，具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力 5. Familiar with the working principles, structures, and testing standards of the three major electrical systems (motor, electronic control, and battery) and the three auxiliary electrical systems (OBC, DCDC, and PDU) in new energy vehicles.熟悉新能源汽车大三电（电机、电控、电池）及小三电（OBC、DCDC、PDU）的工作原理、结构及测试标准 6. Proficient in programming languages such as Python and LabVIEW, with experience in developing automated test scripts and building test benches.熟练掌握 Python/LabVIEW 等编程语言，具备自动化测试脚本开发及测试台架搭建经验 7. Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to independently organize and analyze test data and write reports.具备较强的数据分析能力，能独立完成测试数据整理、分析及报告撰写 8. Familiar with relevant automotive electronics and new energy industry standards such as GB/T, ISO, and IEC.熟悉 GB/T、ISO、IEC 等相关汽车电子及新能源行业标准 9. Having project management experience, with PMP certification preferred.具备项目管理经验，持有 PMP 证书者优先 10.
