REQUIREMENTS:

  • Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Project Engineer, Service Engineer, or similar role with a focus on physical access control and perimeter , autogate products.
  • Deep technical knowledge of various ELV systems, including security, communication, and networking technologies.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards, codes, and regulations pertaining to system installations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
  • Project Execution: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Physical security system projects, from initial planning and installation to testing, commissioning, and final handover.
  • Service and Maintenance: Provide ongoing maintenance and service support for Physical security systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.
  • Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical expert on Physical security systems, guiding installation and service teams in best practices and industry standards.
  • Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve complex issues with systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure that installations and services meet or exceed standards and specifications.
  • Client and Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and providing timely updates on project progress and service activities.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all projects and services comply with relevant safety standards, codes, and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and as-built drawings, ensuring accurate records for future reference.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for clients, end-users, and maintenance staff on the operation and maintenance of systems.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of industry trends and advancements in ELV technology, suggesting and implementing improvements to processes and services.
