MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of performing the duties listed above for a Drywall Subcontractor
• Bachelor Degree in Construction Engineering/ Management
• Detail-oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

• Overall responsibility for document control
• Assist in scope procurement, scheduling and on-boarding subcontractors
• Develop, process, and track Submittals, RFIs, CORs, etc.
• Develop and process POs for material procurement
• Review and approve material invoices
• Assist estimators and Project Manager with change orders
• Assist PM in overall project cost tracking
• Assist in all phases of the construction project
• Proficient in Blue Beam, Procore and Plan Grid a plus
