As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our ongoing projects, reporting directly to the Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background and be eager to expand their skills into project management and multidisciplinary coordination. Develop and review engineering designs using CAD software Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met Analyze design requirements and provide innovative solutions Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project needs Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments Implement design modifications and improvements as needed Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance Participate in project planning and execution meetings Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil/Construction Engineering, Architecture, MEP, or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in design, construction, technical office, or project coordination Strong understanding of design processes and interest in project management activities Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Aconex, SharePoint) is a plus Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Strong analytical and organizational skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams Innovative approach to engineering challenges Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting project objectives Knowledge of industry standards and regulations Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
