At Cereal Partners UK we have established ourselves as one of the largest cereal manufacturers in the UK, making many well-loved brands such as Shreddies and Shredded Wheat. Our aim is simple: to provide high quality, nutritious and great tasting breakfast cereals. You could join our mission to create a nation of Cereal Lovers!
POSITION SUMMARY
We’re launching a major transformation project to expand our Staverton factory and significantly increase production capacity. As part of this large-scale investment, we are seeking a Project Engineer specialising in Electrical, Automation & Digitalisation to lead the delivery of smart, safe, and efficient systems that will power the future of cereal production. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in a high-impact, multi-year capital investment.
As Project Engineer – Electrical, Automation & Digitalisation, you will be responsible for the design, specification, installation, and commissioning of all electrical, automation, and digital systems supporting the new factory infrastructure. This includes power distribution, control systems, SCADA/MES integration, and digital performance monitoring tools.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure that all systems meet safety, quality, and performance standards while aligning with CPW’s digital strategy.
This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity with flexible working arrangements depending on the project phase. Full on-site presence will be required during the implementation phase.
