CLPe Solutions Limited (formerly CLP Engineering Limited), incorporated in Hong Kong in 1985, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CLP Holdings Limited with extensive experience in providing total energy solution. The company undertakes a variety of services including energy management solutions, distributed energy as well as power engineering, infrastructure and facilities management in Hong Kong and Mainland China with the focus on the Greater Bay Area (GBA). We are looking for an energetic and dedicated candidate to join CLPe Solutions Limited. The appointee will be responsible for the following duties: * Assist Project Managers and Engineers to handle E&M projects, including but not limited to tendering, design work, schedule planning and site inspection * Coordinate with clients and contractors in preparing works permits, site measurement work and quotations, and follow up other site work activities * Liaise with relevant parties for work schedules and method statements of the installation work * Conduct site checks to ensure the work quality, safety standards and good housekeeping practices are maintained at work sites * Implement and monitor the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) systems in a high standard * Monitor the performance of frontline operations staff as well as contractors’ workforce to complete projects effectively * Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: * Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or above in relevant engineering disciplines * Minimum of 3 years’ experience for Senior Project Engineer; 1 year’s relevant working experience for Project Engineer; fresh graduates will also be considered * Sound knowledge on project management with relevant construction site experience * Possession of Construction Industry Safety Card * Familiar with CLP SHEQ requirements * Good interpersonal and communication skills, customer oriented, self-motivated, a good team player, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines * Candidate with a valid driving license (1 or 2) is preferable

Responsibilities

The appointee will assist Project Managers and Engineers with E&M projects, covering tasks from tendering and design to site inspection and quality monitoring. Key duties involve coordinating with clients and contractors, liaising on installation schedules, and ensuring high standards of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) are maintained.
