Description

Project management: You will be responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of electrotechnical measures in the field of building services engineering, from the initial assessment to construction supervision.
Technical management: You coordinate all project phases and manage the collaboration with internal departments, external planning offices, authorities and suppliers.
Technical design: They define requirements for switchgear and electrical components in the low-voltage range and, in special cases, also in the medium-voltage range.
Testing & Specification: You will test circuit diagrams, instrumentation and control lists, as well as the specification and setup of control cabinets and electrotechnical components, including building automation and control systems.
Sustainable technologies: They integrate modern solutions such as photovoltaics, charging infrastructure and smart building systems into our construction projects.
Documentation: You develop technical specifications and review the documentation, taking into account existing operator documentation and legal requirements.

Completed studies in electrical engineering
Professional experience in project management as well as in planning and construction supervision
Good knowledge of VOB, HOAI as well as MS Office, MS Project, AVA (e.g. ORCA) and SAP
Knowledge of CAD and calculation programs (e.g. EPLAN)
Excellent German skills, both spoken and written.
Independent, responsible and structured work style; strong communication skills as well as cost- and quality-conscious thinking and action; teamwork skills
