Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 1. Manage and implement assigned projects with defined processes to deliver customer satisfaction. 2. Coordinate and execute assigned projects with defined processes to deliver customer satisfaction and company business objectives. 3. Follow up with factory for project progress to ensure milestones will be meet. 4. Report and keep tracking of project status, milestones and provide regular communication to the customers timely based on the requirements. Prepare and issue progress reports to customers based on contractual requirements. 5. Manage project changes, identify project risk and contingencies plan during execution phase. 6. Work as the contact window with customers, to prepare the inspection plan and coordinate with factory to proceed inspection in factory smoothly. 7. Coordinate the shipment activities with customer, including preparation of shipping documents according to customer’s requirements. 8. Work with finance team and customer to handle project credit, invoicing and payment related. Ensure invoicing is fulfilling Incoterms and contractual requirements, cash collection on time. 9. Ensure the contractual turnaround of documentation is respected. Coordinate the revision cycles of documentation as necessary. 10. Ensure the documentation approved by the customers is shared with related departments. 11. Support global nuclear project execution team on projects management. 12. Data Analysis and continuous improvement 13. Maintain customer relationship and improve customer satisfaction. 14. Perform any other tasks as and when assigned. For This Role, You Will Need: 1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or management. Preferred field include Power, Mechanical, Instrumentation etc. 2. Good communication skills for both verbal and written (English). 3. Technical knowledge of mechanical manufacturing. 4. Strong business management and customer orientation. 5. Financial and commercial knowledge is necessary. 6. Project management. 7. Proactivity Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 1. Above 5 years project management, PMP or PgMP Certification is preferred. 2. Working experience in the process control industry or instrumentation environment is preferred. 3. Nuclear background experience and valve related experience is plus. 4. Able to deliver quality results under complicated conditions.
