Job Details Job Location: Main Office - Sterling Heights, MI 48312 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 Job Category: Construction Roncelli, Inc. is currently seeking a full time Project Engineer with strong technical abilities that assists the entire project staff with all aspects of the construction process including but not limited to contract management, document control, coordination with project team (owner, A/E, subcontractors, material suppliers, etc.), cost tracking, assisting with the assembly and distribution of all required project documents. Responsibilities • Assist with the obtainment of, review, submission, logging and tracking of project submittals, and documentation. • Assist in the compilation of costs including materials purchased, labor and equipment hours expended. • Assist with tracking of project progress and work production and quantification. • Observe and inspect work for compliance with project requirements. • Participate in safety reviews and inspections and assist in assuring compliance with company policies and site safety requirements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in a construction, engineering architecture or related field or an associate degree and/or previous experience commensurate with the requirements of the position Experience: Two years of related experience preferred but not required. CPR, 1st Aid, OSHA 30 preferred; Preemployment and annual Drug Tested. Ability to travel throughout the United States is preferred, but not required. Proficient communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Strong computer skills are required. The Location Roncelli is headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, however, this position will require travel to job sites that can vary throughout Southeast Michigan.
