This position is responsible for engineering and implementing complex and non-complex projects within scope and budget defined in statements of work. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Implement complex and non-complex solutions that fall outside the coverage of a client Managed Service Agreement. Work with Entech’s Partner Success Managers to engineer projects, identify new products and solutions, and research solutions for existing clients and prospects. Work with Entech’s outside sales reps to perform IT Assessments, new client consultations and technology audits. Perform new client integration procedures according to project work plans. Design, implementation, and support services for Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, etc. Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. Updating and maintaining thorough documentation throughout all project lifecycles and updating Entech’s technical staff via IT Change Notices. Act as an escalation point within the service department for complex issues that require review. Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes, and agreed outages. Document internal processes and procedures related to duties and responsibilities. Work through project tickets and phases in ConnectWise as assigned by a Project Manager. Preparing and carrying out any necessary training for the service team to support new solutions and applications implemented during a project Responsible for helping to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data belonging to Entech and Entech’s clients by following security policy and industry best practices. Adheres to Entech's HIPAA and information security policies. All other duties as assigned. Required Technical Skills Proficiency in and ability to implement and troubleshoot: Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems and Services Microsoft Cloud Systems Microsoft 365 Unified Threat Management Appliances Managed Network Switching Voice over IP Telephony Workstation and Server Hardware Line of Business Applications Managed Security and Mobility Products and Security Architecture and Technologies Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Systems Required Skills & Abilities Comprehensive knowledge of information systems technology subjects and extensive knowledge of hardware and software with the ability to keep abreast of new technologies. Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively in English. Ability to perform basic math computations. Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to maintain composure and handle stressful situations. Must be detail oriented, organized, multi-task oriented and possess excellent communication skill Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED (Two years college or equivalent work experience preferred). Three years of related experience or relevant coursework. Two to three years working in a Technical Support/Service Desk environment. Past Managed Service Provider experience provider. Responsibilities
